Review Therapy Terms & Data-Processing

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. What Review Therapy is (and isn't)

Review Therapy is a personal self-reflection and educational tool. Despite the name, it is not therapy, medical, mental-health, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need help, contact a licensed professional or emergency services. We make no guarantee of any particular result.

3. Data-processing terms

By using Review Therapy you agree that, to provide the service, we will:

• transcribe your voice memos using a third-party speech-to-text provider (Deepgram);
• anonymize the transcript and generate your review and scores using Anthropic's AI;
• store your anonymized transcripts, reviews, and scores to show your trends over time; and
• transfer and process your data in the United States.

How we handle your data — including retention and your rights — is described in our Privacy Policy. Because your reflections can include sensitive information (faith, wellbeing), we process them only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Use Review Therapy only for your own personal reflection. Don't upload content you have no right to share, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it unlawfully.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings; cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.

6. Your content

Your recordings and reviews are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to process and store them to provide the service, as described above. You can export or delete your data at any time in Settings.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You can stop using Review Therapy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee (AAA), and you waive jury-trial and class-action rights, except where prohibited by law. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law (including EU/UK law).
